      Edit: You get even more AI baby peacocks.

      What you search for has a big effect on what you get as results

      First off if you search “Baby peacock -ai” you get much less AI

      Then change it to “Peacock chick -AI” you get even less

      But for the best results search “Peafowl chick”

      Was looking at bathroom designs for inspiration with my gf the other day. Noticed the same issue, almost all images were ai garbage… fock this trend

      Yep, I noticed that too. A few days ago I googled ”group of naked women” (for scientific purposes ofc) and 2/3 of the results were AI generated women.

      There was initially a snopes about a video of a baby peacock that was really ai.

      So… People made ai baby peacocks

      So… Google filled up with ai baby peacocks

      It’s like of you search for “pope coat” you’ll find a load of ai pictures of the pope in a sick ass coat.

      Counterpoint: search baby parrot… You’ll get a load of real pictures of pretty ugly baby birds.

      AI is not owned by anyone , even if you “created it”

      it is a bunch of real photos by real people that are being combined & used to make “AI soup ” aka plagiarism

      Guess Google needs an option, a function to filter ai pictures.

      Is that even possible? 
      I dunno.

      But it’s ironic that we need AI to somewhat fight back against a flood of AI pictures.

      I do wildlife paintings and often need to look for references of certain aspects of them. There are so many bizarre AI pictures out there.

      Please stop, it’s overwhelming not being able to see reality the same way as before, everything seems like a dirty simulation
