I understand the “harm mitigation” angle of voting D against R, in terms of Israeli war crimes, and I understand the voting abstention position because of the war crimes. But pretending that you don’t know why people would be unwilling to do the dismal science in favor of a political party that is actively supporting the military that is killing their people is unfathomable to me
