Dolph is actually Swedish. He portrayed a Russian Bogeyman in one of the Rocky movies.
The man on the right is THE actual bogeyman.

If not mistaken the guy on the right is not only delta. In the Afghai/Soviet war he was instrumental in facilitating the delivery of uncle sam’s weapons to the Afghanistan fighters. You know stinger missles stuff like that. I also believe (could be mistaken) one of the characters in charlie Wilson war may be based on him(the dorky kid playing chess on 3 different tables)
