    1. A tomb being used as a bar?! The guy who was buried in there is clearly awesome, I want that when I kick the bucket

I would love a movie about this thing, like the Red Violin, that follows all the places it has been. I mean, it’s not like they yoinked it from a cemetery and lugged it straight to the beach.

It must have an incredible story behind it, from its original purpose to its current role in a beach bar.

At least getting some use out of it

*half joking. Anthropology major and I love the shit but literally 90% sits in warehouses and nobody ever sees it

    5. A 1,700 year old sarcophagus as a bar? Now that’s a tomb with a fun twist, cheers to the afterlife

It’s interesting to think about how it might have traveled through history, from its original resting place to becoming a beach bar centerpiece.

    7. So all those stories about drunk tourists seeing “things” under the bar table at night weren’t all fake afterall
