    1. A stress bruise is a thing! It can be a symptom of a rare condition called psychogenic purpura. Aka Gardner-Diamond syndrome or autoerythrocyte sensitization.

    2. Just ask someone close to you to tell you what u do when u are stressed..u probably been pinching your chin.

    3. If it lasts too long there’s a cream against bruises. Local name here is “Hirudoid”.

      “Heparinoid MPS (chondroitin polysulfate) “

You might be the leader of the Meta Liberation Army, and your quirk might be Stress.

Its a sign that your power level is increasing. Have you learned any cool fighting skills lately? Perhaps wanted to pick up sword fighting for kicks?

This happens to me when I rest my chin on my hand for too long or too hard. I get a bruise and broken vessels in that exact spot. Took me a while to figure out the cause

    7. I’ve got something similar on the tip of my nose. It’s like an overgrown freckle.

Should I be worried about it?

    8. It’s a chin hickie, stop grabbing your chin with your hand like it’s an ice cream cone. This is not a joke btw, an ex of mine used to give me “chin hickies” all the time (with her hand).

So I kept noticing I had something almost identical on and off for almost 2 months. Turns out I was mindlessly resting my chin on the top of my hydro flask when watching TV but because I don’t really look at my chin unless I’m looking in the mirror I never made the connection. Try being conscious of if you are doing anything like that.

    11. I get this too! Turns out I have a habit of leaning on or pinching my chin when I’m stressed. Pay attention and you’ll probably catch yourself!

I have something similar, except mine is a bit lighter and appears on my throat right on top of my windpipe, like where my Adam’s apple would be if I had one. It shows up when I get stressed. At first I thought it was dirt, somehow. But no amount of showers or scrubbing gets rid of it. It fades once I’m done being stressed out. So strange.

    13. I think that orthodox cross is catching you in the chin when you worry and stress. Maybe you lower your chin a bit under stress???
