The true wonder weapon of WW2 was the American economy.

Canon worked fine
Bomb worked fine
Tank was dumb
Jet worked fine but not well enough yet make a difference
If Germany had the industrial capability of the US their wonder weapons would’ve made a huge impact
Also the fact their wunderwaffes were the basis for a lot of later developments showed they were good inventions

Canon worked fine it just needed an extreme access of personnel and materials to work and it was h*ll to move it but it worked.
The jet worked but it was too little too late to make a change in the war
The Maus and Ratte was just dumb and almost everyone knew that
And im guessing the bomb is the V series of rockets which worked very fine but was not advanced enough to make a difference in the war like guided rockets do today

Serious question, did the US’s allies know they were making the bomb? I vaguely remember something about Stalin telling Roosevelt or Truman that he knew we were making it or that we had already made it. But I don’t remember where I heard that.

I think you’re confusing “didn’t work” with “completely pointless to build at the current stage of the war. And was a giant waste of resources that only really led to a quicker end to the war.”

As we know, the Japanese weren’t ready for the Portable Sun.
Seems no one told them to… PREPARE FOR NUCLEAR ATTACK!
VT fuzes and radar was more important then thr atomic bomb

No one weapon could really win a war but most the listed German ones worked, the maus and the Paris gun (I think that’s it’s name) just weren’t very useful. The rockets were pretty ground breaking for the time

Bad management. They managed to build a lot of cool shit when working in the USA.

Well, the Germans were so advanced that the Americans had to steal most of their technology. Then pardon a number of nazis making them work in US.
US had Soviet… that is how the war was won.
I think German wartime engineering always assumes they’re twenty years ahead of where they currently are.
C’mon, this is another repost of me meme.
