The big 3 English civil wars were the Anarchy between King Stephen and Empress Matilda, the Wars of the Roses between Yorks and Lancasters, and the English Civil War between the Roundheads and Cavaliers. However, you could also count Richard’s Rebellious War against his father Henry II, the 100 Years War, because the kings of England claimed the French throne and were French and the many Jacobite Rebellions.

The presidency technically has the highest fatality rate of any job in the United States.
Now do France.
Assuming Parliament being established in 1215, 3 civil wars in ~800 years seems pretty good going to be honest.
