I don’t know about all of those guns but the Cartels get most of their guns from the US. There actually was a desire from some Mexicans to build a wall but it was to keep American guns out. I don’t think anyone in the Mexican government ever entertained such a stupid idea of building a giant mega billion dollar wall because they knew it wouldn’t help. Just like Trump’s wall doesn’t do anything to stop immigration because not only can you climb over the wall but you can use a $50 grinder from any hardware store to cut doorways in the wall to pass through.
