I mean, sure. Let’s just completely gloss over the complexities of human beings and just assign them something incredibly simplistic. Bravo.

“Former Italian leader Benito Mussolini used to challenge all of his critics, journalists and other politicans to literal sword duels. Between 1915-1922, Mussolini fought in five duels and won all of them”
Just sayin’, I’m not expressing any opinion on the man’s policies

Nah, not all. I remeber how of the Carlist pretenders for the Spanish throne (His faction was higly oposed to democracy or anything “Liberal” by 1860 standars). The man got condecorated during the Ruso-Japanese war after he leed a Horse charge against a Japanese machine gun position.
He literaly charged with a horse against a Machine gun position and won. That’s not something someone coward or scared would do.

Scared coward wouldn’t be a dictator in the first place

The biggest Nazi apology was making though, pragmatic villains, instead of the weirdos with a victim complex.

Dictators get called cowards by today’s media in an effort to slander them for being antidemocratic, so unless you have a first hand source that isn’t biased it’s unlikely to be true, or a lie that’s true by chance. It’s the modern equivalent of roman historians who wrote very negative things about emperors who had a bad relationship with the senate.

Have you ever met a dictator?
Masters of fear are often cowards themselves
