Romans stole everyone’s god, not only Greek, every nation they subjected was permitted to follow their own religion in peace, they had however to admit the existence of the rest of the pantheon(at least the important gods) and during the era of the emperors to admit that the emperor was an emissary from the god/gods.

      This is not how it actually worked. It’s like the relationship between Portuguese and Spanish. They aren’t copies of each other, they just have shared ancestry and loan words while still being fundamentally different.
