Getting good being in front of people to do briefings and teach topics etc. It leads to so many opportunities.
In the future, I think **systems thinking** will be a crucial skill for everyone. It’s about seeing how everything connects—technology, nature, society—and understanding how small actions ripple through larger systems. As our world becomes more interconnected, being able to think this way will help us solve complex problems and create lasting solutions.
I would say start talking less and listening more. I deal with clients every day and if I’m the only one doing the talking, I’m not learning about them or their needs
