I can fit these 16 assholes who control the majority of the wealth in my living room.
Elon Musk has to sit on the floor, though, not enough seats.

It would be interesting to compare how much tax was paid by the top 16 people in 1960, 1970, 1980, 1990, 2000, 2010 and 2024.
Ronald Regan tax cuts had a big impact on where we are today.

I think he knows he’s just typing bs on twitter, value of the company you own isn’t your wealth as it is invested in said company. IF I’m not mistaking you pay taxes on what you earn, the shares of the company you onw isn’t income… I’m not saying don’t tax the rich but I fear politicians have made it possible to shift your wealth and income around so easy it’s becoming impossible to tax them. If you start taxing shares be prepared to pay for losses as tax derivables, at least that is how it would play out according to me.

Friendly reminder that if someone has 100 billion dollars, and they were forced to redistribute 99% of their wealth, the remaining 1% would be enough that their descendants would never have to work a day in their lives and go on living the most decadent and lavish lifestyles you could imagine.

Tax billionaires out of existence.
Billionaires should not exist.
