Give a poor person $600 and it gets immediately injected back into local and state economies when they spend it and pay sales taxes. Give a rich person $600 and it disappears from the economy into their bank accounts.

I think that OOOP (number of O is correct) didn’t mean the kind of poor who’s starving and homeless, rather the lower-middle worker who struggles to make ends meet each month.
