I’m shocked that it’s not at least 50%, but I suspect users didn’t leave. Advertisers left the platform. Many Users have their business on X.
Most city administration, Police and Fire departments use X as their customer facing communication.
A lot of small businesses like Food Trucks, Pop-up shops use X to communicate with their customers.
News, sports, and entertainment organizations use X for breaking News.
X is not easily replaceable for those types of communication.
