Franchise owner is a corvette owner.
My Clinic partner is a one. He has 3 spots in our parking lot for “corvettes only”
He belongs to some Corvette car club for sad older dudes who define their life by their car, I can see the franchise owner here the same way, and created “special” parking for all his 50 and older car club buddies

Worked at McDonald’s in HS. One of the managers had a new vette. He was retired from another career and was managing at McDonald’s basically for fun. One of the 16 old employees was the son of the Chevy dealer in town and also had a brand new vette. Was a bit odd seeing two brand new vettes mixed in with a bunch of shit boxes in the area designated employee parking.
