Unsheltered in San Diego is much different than being unsheltered in Oklahoma City. Just wondering how bad the numbers would be for summer and winter.

    2. Scratching just beneath the surface of this statistic shows that it is largely meaningless. Being unsheltered doesn’t have the same impact in temperate versus extreme weather areas or rural versus urban areas. Also, these numbers are reported by state agencies which have different standards and reporting practices.

    3. I can vouch for California. My Instagram has an endless supply of video of it thanks to this.

Its almost like there is a correlation between the states that you can comfortably live outside year round and homeless population…

    5. You know it’s rare for California and Mississippi to have something in common. Too bad it’s not something more positive

    6. Read this as: “Percentage of States Population Homeless” and figured this was straight up propaganda…

Thankfully, I stopped myself from rage posting, and my error gives you a laugh on a serious subject.

    7. What mean > 60% ? more than 60% citizens are homeless, how it can be true? (question from a foreigner)

    8. I personally wouldn’t use data from Covid since it was a pretty extraordinary time but pretty good
