Hey, I don’t like being told that I’m enjoying games in wrong way.

I’m going to be honest I find this discussion funny, because I don’t care about the gender of my character.
I do understand choose a female character to hear girl grunts instead of guy grunts.
Anyone else who doesn’t care about their characters gender and only really the game?

They might be talking about having it in thier peripheral vison? That the word? Like not staring at it and ignoring the rest but having that on screen.

I used to play female characters because cmon, it’s just nice to see ass and tiddies while you play a game (stellar blade anyone?). But now I have a kid so I feel less comfortable doing that and tend to just play male characters. It’s a little more boring but whatever.

So…. you don’t have peripheral vision?

What kind of argument is this lmao. This usually only applies to games where you choose male or female mc. No matter who you choose, the game is the same. The real argument is that would you rather:
Think of the MC being your self insert, thus choosing the character that represents you the most. Or,
you want the mc to be someone you find more attractive between the choices
You can have either of these ideologies and the game can still be good no matter the choice. You just want to take advantage of the choice the game gave you and choose the character you want.
You don’t say “I’d rather play stellar blade than wukong since I’d rather look at a female than some monkey

I play female chars even in dnd because when i was younger my brother and i played a lot splitscreen/coop and if there was the possibility we took a male and a female char so that we would see some of the other interaction/animations that would be tied to female only. We decided that i always play as females because i lost a match of rock paper scissors.
