      This is just a special variation not as strong flavored as the smaller or the red one. We grow this in out garden and use it to make a hot sauce togheter with peppers

    2. Some stores near me sell those as “solo garlic” and I’ve seen it as Chinese garlic.

      It’s less work peeling, but the downside is there’s less garlic flavour.

    3. I live in lithuanian at the moment and I found a variety that’s just one big clove and it’s about double the size and tastes the same, it’s such a time saver
