    1. Too much iron is really bad for you lmao. Even regular iron supplements should only be taken when directed by a doctor. Horse boy is gonna nuke his organs

    2. Screw gatorade and most “electrolyte” companies. Theyre selling you salt water sugar and food coloring. Few have significant amounts of other stuff (mg2+, ca2+ k+). Tbh make your own

      Drink good beer or liquor in general & you don’t get hangovers, I switched to IPA’s in 2019 & haven’t had one since.
