The absurdity of the Department of Justice is that for the first time in 200+ years the US Government has had to swim upstream on a criminal case, meaning because of the defendants infinite piggy-bank.
The defendant has spent millions of dollars a month on legal fees, he can aggressively use every minute tactic of the voluminous US legal code, to his advantage – he has delayed the US government for nearly sometimes for decades with court case procedural. Eventually I have every confidence that if the defendant does not rig the judicial side of the house there would be a high confidence that he will die in prison.
But while those billions of dollars have bought off at least 2 US Supreme Court Justices – Thomas and Alito who – whether we ever find the bank-stubs or are just are ideologically enthralled serve as the defendants ace in the hole, what is not inexhaustible is Russian and Chinese patience with their asset.
Rest assured, if he fails to win the election, that’s all well and good, the Russians have every good reason to pin a medal on his chest for participating as the greatest foreign asset in the history of the Soviet Union/Russian Federation, but they’ll cut his budget for sure.
If however he even hints at the idea that he’s thinking about going to turn states’ evidence to cut a deal with Jack Smith over at the Department of Justice, I have every confidence Russian wetwork guys will redecorate a room at Mar-A-Lago in brain-matter-pink within minutes or hours of DJT thinking the thought.
