    1. “We put just as much effort into our prompts as human artists do”
      Yes you’re entirely correct!
The amount of effort is none at all, because actual artist don’t put any effort into prompts since they don’t use them!

    2. Counter argument: using A.I. to fuck over Shutterstock and other stockphoto websites is a good thing.

AI bros be like “why yes, I am a chef because I told the McDonalds app that I didn’t want pickles on my burger”

    4. I say this as someone who’s into all this AI stuff…

The human made stuff is still better and more creative than anything made by AI. hell chatgpt and stable diffusion isn’t even AI, their like fancy algorithms or something like that if I remember correctly.

    5. Well, you just named a bunch of points. Can you prove them wrong? Or are you in support of them?

    6. Future Chad AI users, once the legal rights thing gets sorted out: “I curate my own training datasets, really nice of you to notice”

The medium will only get serious when people actually get down and dirty with it.

Otherwise you’re using a disposable camera and calling yourself a trained photographer.

I don’t get it, you guys agree with this or not? I don’t want to study 5-10 years to become good at drawing things for fun, what is the problem?

generative AIs will go away in a couple years. Mark my words. They’ll just get worse. Now, predictive AIs on the other hand… the future
