Me all ready to post that Mormonism is the Fanfic… and two people already beat me to it.
But I can add that it is High Fantasy flavored fanfic. I’ve always suspected that’s why Mormons are drawn to Fantasy and Sci-Fi, they subconsciously recognize the similarities.

I’d say Islam is the controversial third part of the trilogy that divided the fanbase, and Mormonism was the fanfiction attempting to make a third part ignoring Islam but that was too controversial.

I would rather say that Christianism is the first film; Islam, its sequel; Judaism, its prequel; then would come the crossover finale; and then, the Mormon spin-off.
