Fascist right extremists like to complain about germans not beeing allowed to be proud of their flag or their heritage, which also is not true but something they claim to be seen as victims of the establishment and gain popularity among the frustrated.
Sadly this strategy works again as it did 100 years ago and also in many other countries to date. The fascists got a third of the votes in 2 of the 17 german states yesterday.

It’s the wrong flag. This flag stands for democracy and not for fascism. The nazis replaced this flag with their flag with the swastika.
