I remember seeing a thing a few years ago of tips of if you got to a different country. One of them was a somewhat common practice is either it’ll look like money on one side but the other side is advertising something or actually will be money and then whoever gave it to you will come back a couple minutes later with other people and threaten you to pay them more than what was given to your originally. So it’s possible that that was just common practice wherever the video took place and that’s why she responded with the scream.
