      This is gunna sound counter intuitive but if you force yourself up at the first alarm you’ll feel a lot better. Falling back asleep will make you a lot more tired.

    2. Yeah hi, it’s Bill Lumbergh again, uh just wanted to make sure you knew that we start at the usual time this morning, it isn’t a half day or anything like that. So if you could just get here as soon as possible, that’d be terrific!

    3. The 6:50 alarm really hit home. Without the morning poop everything is off. I feel lost and slightly too heavy.

    4. It only works if they’re 1 min apart max. You’d be surprised how fast you can fall back asleep.
