Got two calls, both for help with insulin pumps. Specifically they wanted to verify that they had the settings right. Given that this could be life or death, I feel like there are some simple improvements that could be brought to these devices.

I’ve had it for about a yearish, and done 4 calls. Every one just makes my entire day.
I am pretty insular and anti-people, mistrusting and guarded. Being someone’s eyes is simple, no strings attached, and just an honest interaction that makes me feel like I’ve done something good in the world.
