    1. Really wish i had listened to people who told me that once you start putting on it is really hard to get rid of it again, being a eat everything and stay slim when younger really set my up for troubles now.

I was eat everything and stay slim for decades. 4 months ago, in my mid forties, I was diagnosed with celiac and instructed to go off gluten. +25lbs in 3 months. Turns out my intestines were so badly damaged I was just pooping everything out. Now that they’ve healed…fat.

Something I’ll never know because the unending stress of my life burns more calories at sitting rest then most people do exercising.

Ah yes, feeling bad about your own body and hanging out with friends and ensuring that they too should feel bad about theirs. Very wholesome.

    5. I was an eat everything and stay slim guy in my early 20s. I knew metabolism would slow down eventually so I started working so I can proudly say: not me

It’s a colloquial form. In real life people often speak in ways that do not conform to the formal standard.

You guys have fat? I’m out here desperately looking for some because I look like I haven’t eaten in sixteen years, and I’m fifteen!

    8. Just eat less. And done “ThanksImCured” at me. That’s literally how that works.

Guys, please stop trying to inject weight/body fat into wholesome memes. There’s clearly a segment of reddit (myself included) that don’t find these things wholesome. Then the other larger segment of reddit downvotes us into oblivion and the thread gets locked anyway.
