I temped the hot water at work the other day because it was extremely hot to me. The pipes run outside to get to the one floor I’m pretty sure. My sink of water that had been sitting for 20 minutes still temped at 120f.
I wonder does your cold water stay like that if you run all the existing water out of the line? Like in 10 minutes will it still be running out at 132f?
