The warning label on this tube of horse medicine.

    1. That’s super common, there’s a lot of horse medications that are extremely toxic to humans. There is one in particular, I can’t remember the name off the top of my head, but there are now strict warnings to handle it with gloves, but it didn’t use to have that warning and that’s why you will meet a ton of older women who had their thyroids removed due to thyroid cancer.

    2. It took me way too long to parse that sentence. I kept reading it as “Do not use in horses. Intended for human consumption.”

That being said, it says it’s a topical cream… so why does it say “in” horses instead of “on”?

They should put warnings on bleach not to inject it into your body like the former president suggested we do.

I would like to know what horse tastes like…I’d think it’d be good, but idk…also probably tough.

    6. I ate horse in Italy. It was delicious.

It was at a very nice restaurant with a group of coworkers on a work trip and a lady in our party was horrified that I would order horse. I tried to assure her that it was an old horse at the end of its life, but the waiter overheard this and interrupted me to say “No no! It’s baby pony!” – Everyone in the whole damn company had an opinion on what I did. It was pretty evenly split. Guys were much more okay with it, but everybody wanted to know how it tasted.

Is this saying don’t use on horses that you intend to eat later? That’s how this reads to me

    8. Eating horse is very normal in many parts of the world, especially France. I recently went to Japan where I was served horse sashimi in Hokkaido. It was pretty good.
