The photo was taken by one of my family members after the dust had settled when renovating their kitchen. There is no door between the kitchen and the living room and the sheer amount of dust underneath the floorboards (the floor was ripped out and replaced) had blown into the adjacent room coating this wooden rocking chair.
The chair I believe was painted red at the time of this image & the flash from the camera made the dust look incredibly flat, like a non-textured render in blender or something.
