While this probably (hopefully) was a fake comment seeking for laughs, there is some truth in it: an excesive ammount of masturbation or “depending” a lot on toys (fleshlight, dildo) or tools to improve the sensation/touch (lube) WILL slowly affect in a negative way the feeling during actual sex.
