Weed shouldn’t be on the banned substances list but it is, Phelps just had his ban enacted and then lifted in a time that didn’t interfere with the Olympics.
Meanwhile, this guy should still be in a prison cell but he isn’t and there is no Olympic ban related to a felony conviction.
I know the angle here is race but that’s not actually the mechanism of the problem here.
