Because any decent sleep tracker costs money or does not have the data output I was looking for, I decided to use Excel. I aim to sleep nine hours a day, but that did not work out how I wanted. January is weird because I broke three ribs and slept way more than normal, in June I started night shifts, yes, I am tired.
