I love these chairs. My grandfather is 82, still over 6ft tall, and built like a brick shithouse.
They’re also good for parents with small kids.

The Quest diagnostics office I go to once a year, pretty much all the chairs are like this. They must need a lot of them.

Interesting. The construction looks the same as the normal sized chair. Same number and material and size of legs. But it has to support I’m guessing 3-6x the weight over double the span width. I’d be impressed if it could do that without structural failure.

Hey, fat people chairs are awesome. I specifically got an office chair made for up to 450 pounds, because I thought it would be plush and awesome, and it absolutely is. It makes me so happy.
