      So, I have been reading a lot of self-help books and most of them went across a point, core of which is – “words turn into actions” , if you repeat something over and over, it will start affecting your mindset and your personality. Sometimes negative and sometimes positive. Share your experiences with the affirmations. I just vent in and it provides me with sentence to repeat to myself to calm myself down.
