Sounds like you need to care about yourself more. The people that truly care about you will not want you to suffer and will be glad to see you taking care of yourself.

Jokes on them. I’ve left plenty of my coworkers hanging out to dry. Usually any true friend will be happy for you when you leave a job you don’t like. I’ve even brought a couple of them to the next job I get once I’m situated. My current job pays me a cool $5k when my referrals get hired. Plus the entry level positions are good experience. It’s a win-win 😉
